Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Really pleased with Karol's and Marek's response and work. Having been without heating for 4 weeks, and let down by perhaps eight other heating engineers, Karol's quick response, and ability to fit the work in within a week, was a great relief. A mid-range price, but living in Stroud I didn't expect the cheapest. I had a rather quirky old system with a gravity-fed CH boiler and separate ancient water heater, but Karol worked everything out and replaced all with a modern combi. Thoroughly recommended.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Really good guy and would highly recommend!
