Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. These guys were professional from the day of providing the quote. They did everything they said they would and even matched the external brickwork when bricking up the old Flue hole. They were tidy, punctual and helpful. They weren't the cheapest quote we received but we felt they were honest and reliable and that was more important than saving a few quid. Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house.
