Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack.
