Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Owen, a gas engineer/ plumber with 7 years experience covering all domestic plumbing and heating works. Qualified in all appliances fed from natural gas (except fires and space heaters). Able to complete all plumbing works including Bathrooms wet works and Kitchen sinks.
Owen was great, arrived on time, swiftly did the task in hand and even arranged for the old cooker to be collected for scrap. Looking forward to him coming back to install the hob when the kitchen is ready

An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing. All in all, I can heartily recommend this firm and have already lined them up for additional building works.
