Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

Honest, professional and affordable
High quality job from quote to finish. In the end we had a new boiler and mains pressure hot water tank to replace the original set up. Good advice on products and even saved us from replacing a power shower by understanding the system we already had, when every other engineer had advised that it would have to be replaced. Good price for the job. Always arrived when he said and removed all the waste promptly. I would definitely use Tim again and intend to use him for all my Gas and plumbing needs.

He always arrived punctually and worked quickly and quietly - and completed the job exactly as he described. His workmanship seems to be of a very high standard and whilst here he spotted a couple of minor defects in our system which he rectified without fuss. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
