Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Found the person doing my guttering helpful and very informative about his trade. Accommodated me as was working away at the time and sent me a before and after photo of the old/new guttering. Was very clean and left the old guttering in a safe place as was Aluminium.
