Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Petru was terrible! He agreed to come on a Wednesday at 10, so I took the day off. At 4 he rescheduled for Thursday at 8am. I took another day off and he showed up at 3:30 PM with his 5year old, demanding full payment upfront to pay his bills. I reluctantly paid 75% upfront. He finished at 9:39 PM and immediately threatened to take up the flooring if not paid within five minutes, in front of the tenant! This unprofessional behaviour was stressful,The flooring was very poorly done and silicone worse AVOID!
