Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
We have excellent day to day experience in all aspects of plumbing, we are willing to work all hours and also work weekends which will suit to customers who work 9-5 jobs Monday-Friday. We have a great customer service review base from previous jobs and we like to try and give customers the most realisable quote to keep them happy. Bogdan and Ben from RP Trades were brilliant. They quoted for a job involving painting walls and adding and painting skirting boards but can do many jobs around the house and garden. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard and until they finished the job and were great at clearing up after the work. They were two very nice, very friendly young men. They did a great job for us and we would certainly recommend them and use them again ourselves.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
