Big thank you to Alex and his team. Excellent refurbishment of my kitchen and bathroom. Finished to a very high standard. Alex has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work. He has been flexible and accommodating with his work schedule, and understanding of delays that I caused. There were no unexpected costs and excellent value. Highly recommended.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. Graham fitted our Masterclass kitchen and replaced the flooring throughout the ground floor. Despite some design faults (which were down to the kitchen supplier) Graham was able to think outside the box and recommended alterations to the design. We ended up with a different kitchen design but one which fitted the space much better. He even built 2 additional cupboards from the leftover units which were a bonus. Graham was punctual, very tidy and finished the job to an excellent standard. Highly recommended.

Excellent job, hard working, trustworthy and very nice guy - I would recommend Tim to anyone, in fact I have and he has done other jobs for friends and colleagues, they also rate him 5 stars. Tim fitted all new rads, new boiler, new cold water tank, and shower pump for less than anyone else quoted and to a higher spec.

I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. His rates were very fair and I am hoping to hire him to do further work here.
