Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.
