Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We are a office furniture and building maintenance company with a great small team of skilled qualified tradesman, We have a high standard of work that ranges from building furniture to hame extensions. I have been in the industry for more than 20 years and been in business for the last 4 years.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
I would highly recommend Dan. My kitchen sink was blocked and it turned out not to be a simple blockage. He had to get to the pipework under my bath (not easy because of wooden panelling) and lower the pipe as it was bowed and drill through the wall and reconnect the outside pipe. He worked hard, was very personable and, as I say, I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. Thanks Dan.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Had toilet water tank leak. Veron was very understanding and professional and provided excellent service to locate the source of leak and isolate. Removing toilet unit was a challenge but Veron managed as couple of others was unsuccessful. Will recommend and call Veron for future services if so required.

Doru changed my fitted wardrobe doors and fitted new drawers in the wardrobe. Brilliant work, solid dip drawers that hold a lotos clothes.
