Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really happy with the work carried out by Chris. I needed a new heating element for an immersion heater supplied and fitted. After a quick phone call,Chris came to my house the next day to do the job. Everything working great now,would easily recommend and call for any other plumbing jobs in the future.

If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
