Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. They came in the evening about 6.30 they soon diagnosed my problem. I was told I needed a new pump, they had a new pump with them and it was fitted and every thing was up and running within around 1 hour. They cleaned up after them selfes I was very pleased with service and recommend them very highly.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

I had to hire another person to redo the sink area which cosmetically is quite messy. I requested refund from Claudio to cover this. Claudio called me and started arguing blaming me for providing rubbish materials. if it was rubbish why did he agree to use them in the first place? He also claims that this was not included in the price, which is a surprise to me. Seems to argue with anyone who does not like his job. Read the negative reviews from others. Very unpleasant experience.

We had a full kitchen rip out and replaced. Raf did all the works professionally and gave advice on improvements on our kitchen design. Raf was able to do extra works such as lighting and floor laying as well as plastering plumbing electrics and painting. Our kitchen was completed within time and on budget.
