We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.

Muse did an excellent job by replacing a broken tap and fitting a new one in the garden within a very short period of time. Was very punctual and reasonably priced.Would highly recommend this company.

I hadn't described what I needed very well, having not had experience of renovating a bathroom/loo before, but Liam was very helpful and professional. He came out quickly for a quote then again for doing the first fix, did a great job and was very friendly! I'm happy I went with Liam and am sure that he'll finish up the job just as well as he's started it. I'll not hesitate in using him again for any plumbing work. (I have a list of things needing done now lol)
