Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

Edward came round very promptly, did everything he said he would do and was polite and tidy. I would definitely use Plumb it Right again and would recommend them to anyone. Edward even rang back to check everything was OK a couple of days later.

Simon Powell provided a very reasonable quote for the supply and installation of a new boiler, and took the time to investigate different options for locating the boiler in my house. He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional. He also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day and was always good-natured. I would recommend him and his work anytime.

Tony and the Keep Cosy team were fantastic! Tony was so helpful throughout the whole process and really listened to what we wanted. We were really particular about the tiling and we would come home from work and Tony would've left tiles on our porch for us to see, this was in his own time even before he'd started the job! The finish of the bathroom is beautiful! We are so pleased and would definitely recommend them!
