Bailey arrived on time to quote for a complete refit and layout change in our main bathroom and full refit of the en-suite. He immediately made us feel comfortable and listened to what ideas we had and explained the options which he felt would work for us. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb
