Hi my name is William I have over 16 years experience in the building trade. My main trades are plumbing and carpentry. I currently complete my own building projects privately but also work direct to customers when I have down time between projects. I am polite, clean and tidy.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. I posted this job after a British Gas Engineer failed to get my downstairs radiators running and suggested the system required a power flush . Joe came out on the day I posted my job and having looked at my radiators and heating system identified the fault and had my radiators working within fifteen minutes of walking through the door. I can’t rate him high enough for his knowledge/professionalism, a less experienced/reputable engineer could have ended in me paying hundreds of pounds for unnecessary work.

Trot came to install a cat flap through a wall within the house. Done an? absolutely amazing job which looks very neat and tidy! And was at a good price especially considering it was a very niche job! They had great communication and was able to help with any questions we had. Will definitely be using 1st Choice Property Maintenance again!
