When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.

The attending plumber (a day late) wouldn't give a price, not even a rough estimate. Took him about an hour of work and was charged the exorbitant amount of £980 (some samples of the invoice: isolator installed £120, Re-sealed flexi and installed new rubber £120) BEWARE
