Can't fault the communication of this company, was great communication but the prices are way too high. Even tho I couldn't get the quote out of them kept on saying they will be working through the leak until they identify exactly what it is. When they found that silicone needed replacing in the 2 corners of the bathroom I thought yeah no problem silicone wouldn't cost that much.. and at the end I was charged £200 !! Really liked the communication, however wouldn't use again due to the pricing.

Arranged a call to quote for the re-tiling of my kitchen floor with Steve. He turned up as promised, at the agreed day & time, gave me options and a competitive quote. Arranged a date to go ahead with the work and kept me informed on his schedule, arrival times, etc. Finished the job after a short unavoidable delay and the quality of the work is very good. Steve is a very personable, friendly guy who took care whilst working at our house. Would have no hesitation in recommending his work to others.

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.

I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I decided not to go ahead with the installation as I have put my property on the market instead. However, I felt that the communication from the offset and quick response was good enough for me to feel that I would have gone ahead and had the job done by this company if circumstances had been different.
