Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

JGC Plumbing and Heating were really good in a crisis situation when our boiler broke down just before Christmas and we were expecting lots of visitors. They gave us an estimate on the day the boiler was condemned and ordered the parts and put the new boiler in two days after. The workmanship was good and they cleaned up afterwards. Their price was very competitive and we would certainly recommend them.

We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. His workmanship is of an excellent standard and we have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again.

I am a local Oxford based plumber with 6 years experience of plumbing and 10 years experience in the trades. I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
