Mark was one of the first to respond to my request. He quoted a fair price (we already had the taps) and we arranged a suitable day. He arrived exactly on the hour he stated, got on with the job in a professional, friendly manner and fitted two new taps with valve closures on the supply pipes, as requested. Also he stayed until the hot water tank re-filled to ensure all was well and no leaks occurred. We are very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Mark.

You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
