Bayley replaced a badly damaged bath drain for me which had caused a leak under the bath. He did an excellent job and thoroughly tested the drainage system, fixing and adjusting connections where needed. He also fitted a new shower tap for me at the same time. Bayley was friendly and polite and I had total confidence in his ability within a few minutes of his arrival. I would not hesitate to recommend him for plumbing work.

We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.
