I am very happy with the standard of the work completed and the level of customer service that I received. Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

I did not use either of these tradesmaen for the flue replacement. as the boiler manufacturers admitted they were responsible for the problem and replaced it.,Both called to give a quote and were helpful and polite.

Very happy with the removal of our storage heaters and installation of central heating and boiler. M D Heating were very reliable.friendly and trustworthy , we were able to leave them to get on with the job without having to keep a check , They did a good job and when there was just a small problem after completion Lee came round straight round to sort it out ! We will definitely be having them back to service boiler every year.

We would be more that happy to recommend Lee to future potential customers. He worked extremely hard,cleaned up every afternoon before he left and completed the work within the timescale that he said that he would.Now that the bathroom is finished it looks fantastic. What more can I say!
