Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

Hi, I am an experienced, time served plumber. I approach all aspects of my work to ‘best practice’ standards. No cutting corners, no short cuts, no cheap materials. I believe that a thorough survey and effective, timely communication are the key to success and satisfaction. I am based in Partridge Green, West Sussex. But I cover a wide area from Chichester to Eastbourne, from Brighton to Redhill. I cover all nature of domestic installations (kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, extensions, conversations, en suites etc) Surveying, maintenance and repairs. Heating and hot water upgrades/problem solving, Power Flushing. Unvented hot water systems, accumulators, etc. For larger, or for more ‘involved’ projects, I work alongside a small, select team of trusted tradesmen. So, I can provide recommendations in order to complete your whole project (plasterer, carpenter, electrician, tiler and decorator) and then can manage the project on your behalf. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
