Viktor arrived within hours of speaking to him on the phone, he repaired the cistern quickly replacing the broken parts and also noticed a leak at the back of the toilet and repaired it as part of the job at no extra cost. Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
