My bathroom floor under the bath was rotten and had a hole. He did an excellent job, cutting put the debris, checking the joist. He was transparent with the materials and pricing of the job. Not happy at all. I was charged slightly over £200 for 2 hrs. The issue was not resolved in fact, it was worse than the beginning. In future would be reluctant to use this service. Quotation should be based on completed work not on hours spent when no resolution! Not professional!
