Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. arrived when said they would in fact a bit early no fuss no mess just did the job.
They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
