Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes
Giving 1 star as I initially contacted Tom in May about a sink replacement which he came out to us quickly and stated the sink we had bought wasn't correct and he would source one for us to fit. He asked for £100 as a "deposit" which I sent and he left. After several failed attempts to rearrange a fitting date Tom stopped replying to me and I had to threaten a bad review to get a response. I have given him more than enough of my time and patience but I am yet to receive a refund which Tom said he would do.

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. CHRIS TOMLIN This was not an easy task, hence the reason we wanted someone else to do it. IE cut 2 inches from a 1.5 inch think, 5 ft long 19th century slate mantelpiece. We were afraid of it shattering/splitting and all sorts. Chris did this and pieced together our beautiful reclaimed slate fire surround for a very very reasonable rate. 95% perfect but 100% if you don't use a magnifying glass. Would definitely recommend
John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
