Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Amazing job from Chris and his team. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Quoted for boiler replacement.Gave me options on the boiler,saving me over £500.Turned up at 9am both days and stayed until after 18.00.Work was done to a first class standard,and has transformed my home.Good to see a young man starting out on his own with a first class work ethic.Not once was he on his phone,no excuses no nonsense just good honest hard work.Cant rate him highly enough and he will be doing further work for me.Have absolutely no problem with recommending this hard working young man to anyone
