Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. I put this job on rated people on the Monday, had a call from Peter, from Bright ways heating on the same day and a quote on the same day. Was booked in for a radiator being moved on the Thursday of the same week. Work was done well and to a high standard as it wasn't an easy job as we have concrete floors and a trench in the floor had to be dug. He was prompt and reliable and got the work done quickly. Can't comment on price as only got one quote as needed the job done quickly.
