Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Scott was very friendly and polite. He phoned quite soon after the job was posted and was able to give a very competitive quote the next day. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!
Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond.
