Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters.
