Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. I asked Ali to quote for new internal doors and a stud wall; this was quickly prepared and I accepted. Ali advised me of the best suppliers and once delivery of the doors was confirmed he got on with the work. All work is to a very high standard and I am extremely pleased with my new doors.
