Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Steve did a great job and worked really hard over two days to get the job done. Very professional, protected all carpets and kept me informed all the way through the job. Very easy to contact and gets back to you every time. Arrived when he said and didn’t leave until he knew I was totally satisfied. Went through everything before he left to make sure I was ok with both the boiler and new wireless thermostat. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Arrived on time, telephoning 30 mins prior to say that he was on his way. Arrived, quoted for the job, did the job there and then - and also did a couple of small other jobs for free. Nice guy!
Dave renovated my mum's kitchen - knocking down an internal wall, bricking up a doorway and fitting a new door and kitchen. His price was mid range of the quotes we received. He did a good job, my mum was very happy with the end result. He also came back after being paid to correct/ replace a few things that needed fixing. He worked neatly and was very polite. The job did take a bit longer than we were told, however we would definitely use him again.
