Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I started Glazing and Locks as a window, door and conservatory repair business around 2011 in response to the amount of glazing companies that had gone out of business leaving their customers with no guarantees.
