Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up.
