Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Little bit of confusion trying to arrange a viewing of the job. But once off the mark the engineer was knowledgeable, courteous and gave us clear and precise options on how to move forward.
