Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Jozsef did a first class job, we are very pleased, he arrived on time did a brilliant job dispite many problems he just got on with it, he cleaned up after fitting new taps and left the place looking great, I would definitely recommend him.

I can't recommend Paul highly enough, he was helpful, skilled and professional. He's an organised and clean worker and the standard of the finished work was very high. I originally hired him to fit a bathroom but asked him to stay on to help with the rest of the renovation. He can just about turn his hand to anything on a renovation project and what he can't do he can help find skilled people to do. I'm not sure how I would have managed my project without him. plus he makes a mean brew!
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate.
