Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

He ignored my text & left half the panel working buttons, unusable after he finished saying don’t use them, they do nothing any way. He quoted £85 but charged £102. I paid what he quotes me. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.

Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
