A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. The charge of £60 was a bit to much for something that wasn’t done or completed. In my opinion £20 would had sufficed to cover for the petrol. Probably had to pay another £90 or more, to take out the old one and place a new oven. Just to much for me after spending £60 the last time. Still, was polite, professional and he knew well the issue.
