Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. He completed the work on time.I would have no hesitation in using Stefan again

I've been working in installing, designing and selling bathrooms for 8 years, whilst working with my father who has been tiling and bathroom fitting for over 40 years. Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. Our aim is to manage the project from inception, through consultation with design, then onto purchase and scheduling of works. We'll also liaise with the retailers and installation teams until completion, whilst also being available for any after service matters that may arise.

James did an excellent job fitting our new en suite shower. He is a hard worker, reliable and honest He provided a realistic competitive quote,which he kept to. The old shower had been leaking and had rotted some of the floor underneath. He suggested a practical solution which didn't delay completion and didnt massivly increase the cost. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My apartment is quite complex to manoeuvre around, but everything was handled expertly and with great care, including staying a little overtime on the last day to make sure everything worked. Follow-up after the work to make sure the heating was working nicely. I really couldn't recommend them more highly.

These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.

All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen.
