Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????
