Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Paid a 10% Deposit for an Extension (MJG wanted 40%) at the beginning of April 21 so MJG could "register our works" and give us a start date which was intimated to be early June. Communication has been "sporadic" at best, with a number of what we can only assume to be excuses, as we cannot communicate with MJG. No start date has been given, no verbal communication with us since the middle of May 21. We have now asked for our "deposit" back and again have heard nothing from MJG - want to give 0 Star.......

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance
