Peter successfully completed the plumbing part of the job to a very high standard. However this did not resolve the issue which could only have been an electrical problem. Luckily for me Peter is also a well qualified and capable electrician so I asked him to fault find a particularly difficult and random problem. This he did in a methodical, logical and timely manner. Arrived quickly- the offending bit of plumbing was (of course) behaving itself perfectly when he was here so nothing that could really be done, but we think we know where the issues are if it happens again, I have a card, and wasn't charged for the callout- couldn't ask for anything more.
