Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. Quick to respond. Polite friendly and tidy whilst in the house. I woke the next morning to a wet carpet, full light bulb and stained ceiling. The communication was friendly both ways. Came back the following afternoon. He'd changed a tap and fitted new connectors but the olive was leaking as it was the old one???? Chased for payment b4 ceiling dry. Invoice date 12th due 11th???? £133 p hr shd have got a quote. My bad.
