Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! The boys were young but the most amazing grafters!! 10/10 Brendan!
