Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. The quality of workmanship was very good and incorporated some joinery and plastering. Robert arrived on time. The work was carried out over a weekend and Robert did not ask for any additional charges to do this. He also invested significant time to ensure the end result was a good one. A+
