Honest, friendly, reliable, reasonably priced, will go out of their way to get the job done how the customer wants it without cutting corners. Knowledgeable about their trade, will come up with good ideas, no job is ever too small. Have used many tradesman (some sharks) over the years and these guys stand out - would highly recommend !

Jamie is professional, trustworthy and very personable. He works quickly and covers a lot of jobs, using his initiative if problems arise. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

Jenek (English spelling of his name) is a very good handyman who wants to do everything in his power to help. I asked him to tie up the fronds growing out at all angles from my pergola and he achieved the result that I wanted very quickly, methodically and carefully. It was better than I thought possible to achieve, with a lovely shaped arch to walk through. He took the initiative to clear out leaf debris from the ground although I hadn't asked him to, and I felt as though I was working with a friend.

Amazing builder. Went above and beyond to uphold customer service and maintained a high standard throughout. Above all he's a family man so is very conscientious when it comes to keeping the area safe. Would rate him 100%.

Matthew was prompt to reply, professional in his approach and ability and because of this I asked for several other jobs to be done which were diverse, not carpentry. However, they were finished to such a high standard that I would not only use him again but recommend him most highly. Ergo 5 out of 5. He has such a nice personality- goes a long way....

Dale was brilliant. He arrived on time after contacting me the night before to remind me what time he would arrive next morning. I only had small jobs but lots of them. Each element was checked with me that I was happy. We've already asked Dale to do more work. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Chris has done several jobs for me, including underfloor heating and tiling the floor in my new conservatory and re-modelling my tiny en-suite bathroom, which now feels much bigger. His work is of a high standard and he makes sure everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day. Chris honest and reliable, gives sound advice and his prices are fair. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.
