Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We had a family bathroom and ensuite re-fitted, and the team massively contributed ideas as to what we could do, but also carried out the work sympathetic to the fact we were still living here and needed a bathroom, even though that made the job longer.
