Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Steve and Dave were very punctual each day, kept us informed of their progress with additional works carried out with care and to a high standard. Steve works in a very organized manner and always tidied up at the end of each day. All in all I would be happy to recommend Steve and will be engaging him again for other works in the future.
I did not use either of these tradesmaen for the flue replacement. as the boiler manufacturers admitted they were responsible for the problem and replaced it.,Both called to give a quote and were helpful and polite.
